The Location
Located in the serene mountain community of San Josecito, just outside Uvita in Costa Rica’s lush Southern Pacific zone, De Claris Villa offers a peaceful retreat nestled among the hills. The villa sits just 200 meters from a paved road and features a gated driveway for added privacy and security.
Guests of De Claris enjoy exclusive access to Ballena Beach, including complimentary parking. This beautiful stretch of coastline is known for its tranquil atmosphere and stunning sunsets — with only a few other people likely to be seen during your visit.
Surrounded by waterfalls, jungle trails, and charming local attractions, the villa offers a perfect base to explore the natural wonders of the region — all accessible via paved roads. A 4x4 is not strictly necessary, but always helpful in Costa Rica’s rural areas.
